First shot with the new D4

Well i picked up my new sweet camera the other day and today was the only time I had to get out to shoot an image with her so here it is shot in JPG Fine as I didn’t download the Beta version of 6.7 yet then not really much editing to be honest.

Hope you like it and sorry for the hiatus I’m back for good now but very busy shooting images indeed.

Well after a few months of not very good internet at all I changed from the very out dated Telstra to Vivid Wireless and well now I can start to post some new images I have worked on over the last few months so I wont bore with to much chat just some images.

Hi everyone who follows my blog i have had the great fortune of being interviewed for a Masterclass Blog about two weeks ago where I get to share my passion and what it means to me to be a Fine Art Photographer.

I would like to thank Seng Mah for the opportunity for doing this it really opened up my own in sites into my photography and where I want to take it into the future so also keep an eye out for some up and coming new ideas that i have planned.

I would also like to take this time to thank a few people who have given me some great inspiration and guidance through my life so far as a photographer i would like to thank Christian Fletcher for the inspirational landscapes that he does which have inspired me to push my own boundaries to achieve excellence in wat i do, i would like to thank Nick Rains for the way he has made me look at my post processing and the way I achieve what I do and True North Mark, Adrian Wayte and David Sobik for the help and inspiration you guys have given me and to all the people who follow my blog i would like to personally thank you all as well.

Well hello again to all my followers i will have to apologise for being so quiet on the post front and haven’t even commented much at all on my fellow bloggers posts but i am back again and have a vision and more things to come so here is an image that I found looking through some old files on my hard drive and it kinda looks ok :).

Well I just love colour and well no more said really I shot this beautiful pretty stock image using a D3X and attached my Carl Ziess 100mm Makro Planner lens so rich the colours when I shoot with this lens its unreal eh oh and loving playing with a Nikon D3X this weekend 🙂

Araluen Botanic Park

Well happy fathers day to all fellow fathers out there I had an awesome day so I hope you all did as well.

Ok down to business for a sunday afternoon I went out on an epic shoot today with good mate Adrian Wayte to a farm in the morning and well that was a mission on its own but on the way home we decided to call in to see what was around at the Botanic Park in the Perth hills well I will let the image speak for its self :).

Shot using the an awesome Nikon what else and my 24-70mm lens at F11 with a Lee Big Stopper on cheers again for that mate 🙂
